The Physio Movement in North Queensland is hiring an Exercise Physiologist interested in working across different populations and building a future with us.
The Role
- The role has the potential to be full or part-time to suit the successful candidate.
- Flexible working arrangements including travel to and from your own home, report writing in your own home or within the clinic.
- You will manage a caseload consisting of private clients, DVA, NDIS, Workcover, EPC and Athletic Populations from our onsite Performance Centre.
- You will have the opportunity to work with our Youth Performance program.
- You will work with patients in a 1-on-1 capacity, where we focus heavily on patient-centered care through longer appointment times and individualised programming.
- Actively participate in weekly mentoring, in-house in-services as well as individualised ongoing personal and professional development.
- We will develop a personalised career pathway with you around your goals as a practitioner, manager, or with personal goals in mind.
- We also have leadership pathways available if leading a team or a business is a goal you have in mind.

Requirements
- You are an accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA.
- You have a keen interest in working across a range of populations.
- You have a background in strength and conditioning.
- You value ongoing personal and professional development and appreciate a budget to expand your knowledge and expertise as well as a desire to actively participate in our extensive in-house education and mentoring.
- You demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style depending on your target audience.
- You have the ability to work in a team while developing and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships.
