Program Structure

1~ Initial Assessment

Your journey starts with an in-depth consultation where our expert team assesses your injury, movement patterns, and rehabilitation needs. We create a personalised plan that aligns with your recovery and performance goals.

2 ~ Rehab Strength Group

A structured strength-based rehab class focusing on mobility, stability, and rebuilding foundational strength. This phase is crucial for preventing future injuries and preparing for dynamic movements.

3 ~ Running Rehab Group

Once foundational strength is established, we introduce controlled, sport-specific movement patterns, focusing on running mechanics, agility, and endurance to bridge the gap between rehab and return to sport.

4 ~ Return to Performance

The final phase includes high-intensity, sport-specific drills, functional movements, and tailored performance training designed to get you competition-ready with confidence.

Mondays & Wednesdays
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
$50 per week (Includes 2 supervised rehab classes)
