TPM has programs that cater for all athletes, from those who are just beginning their running journey, to our athletes competing in half and full marathons. Our experienced team has the right program to suit your needs, 5km, 10km and 21km.

Strength Training Classes for Runners
TPM Running Townsville holds weekly Strengthening session for runners. Runners need a different strength-training program from your standard gym goer. Instead of pushing weight away from the body, runners need to focus on targeting the key muscles which will keep you balanced and moving forward.
