Run Club for Kids



Run Club for Kids is focused on developing age specific running skills and fundamental movement patterns.


We welcome children of all abilities while having loads of fun!


Run club for Kids is catered to children between the ages of 8-14. Our sessions are coordinated by experienced coaches and Allied Health Professionals. Our Run Club for Kids understands that running needs to be all about enjoyment at a young age with the view they can be runners for life. Each Thursday. the sessions will involve; a warm-up, running form drills, the session and fun games to warm down.

We focus on improving running confidence and resilience for fitness, endurance and running technique. We understand first hand that consistency will lead to overall improvement and that is why we encourage our runners to attend our FREE weekly Run Club sessions.

Teaching children at a young age the Fundamental Movement Skills and culture of Running, will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

TPM Run Club for Kids is led by quality coaching which includes both a leading Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist.
