The Physio Movement in North Queensland is hiring a physiotherapist, passionate about neurological and disability rehabilitation to build a future with us.
The Role
- The role has the potential to be full or part-time to suit the successful candidate.
- Flexible working arrangements including travel to and from your own home, report writing in your own home or within the clinic.
- You will manage a caseload consisting of primarily NDIS patients both in-clinic and in the community.
- You will work with a caseload of both adults and children, from all walks of life and with varying levels of impairment.
- You will work with patients in a 1-on-1 capacity, where we focus heavily on patient-centred care through longer appointment times and individualised programming.
- Actively participate in weekly mentoring, in-house inservices as well as individualised ongoing personal and professional development.
- We will develop a personalised career pathway with you around your goals as a practitioner, manager, or with personal goals in mind.
- We also have leadership pathways available if leading a team or a business is a goal you have in mind.

Requirements
- You hold an AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
- You have a keen interest in working with patients with a disability or covered under the NDIS
- You are interested in completing ongoing training and education relating to neurological and disability rehabilitation
- You value ongoing personal and professional development and appreciate a budget to expand your knowledge and expertise as well as a desire to actively participate in our extensive in-house education and mentoring
- You demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style depending on your target audience
- You have the ability to work in a team while developing and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships
