Natalie Holt is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been practicing since graduating from James Cook University in 2019. Originally from Ayr, Natalie relocated to Townsville in 2017 to pursue her studies and has since built a strong clinical foundation.
With a personal history of injury guiding her career path, Natalie has developed a deep understanding of the rehabilitation journey. She has a broad scope of clinical interest, with experience managing a wide range of conditions across the metabolic, musculoskeletal, and neurological spectrum. Natalie plays a key role in supporting clients under the DVA, NDIS, Work Cover and Aged Care systems.
Natalie has developed a strong interest in women’s health, which she is continuing to grow through experience and ongoing education. She is passionate about supporting women through all life stages. Natalie is committed to helping women better understand their bodies, manage conditions, and regain strength and confidence through movement.
She also has a particular passion for clinical Pilates, which she has refined through ongoing professional development. She integrates evidence-based Pilates principles into her treatment approach to assist clients in managing conditions, particularly those involving the back, hips, and neck.
Natalie strives to make every session enjoyable and goal-oriented, bringing a positive energy to each appointment.
Outside of the clinic, Natalie is actively involved with the Townsville Warriors Football Club and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
